Thank you so much for taking me through the PCA process with such care and attention. It was fascinating, fun, and ultimately quite emotional!

I’ve been culling my wardrobe (which is most of it!) of all those colours that have been draining me – it’s so apparent now, and what you said about ‘hiding’ is very true! I have been hiding!

Thanks again. You’ve given me a key to a new kind of freedom around expressing my personal energy and I’m forever grateful!

I’m loving the blue scarf, which surprises me as it’s not a colour I would normally have considered, but because it’s the right blue it works beautifully. I’m beginning to see things differently!
